Bedroom 1 is a double with a balcony offering mountain views. Ample wardrobe space and air conditioning. The 2 twin bedrooms have 2 single beds in each, fan/heaters and ample wardrobe space. All bedroom windows have mosquito screens.

Comfortable lounge with open fireplace for winter evenings, large corner settee and occasional chairs. Flat screen TV, dvd and cd player. Basic UK TV programmes. Large dining table, all table and glassware, etc. Overhead fans and cold air/hot air conditioning.

Modern fully fitted with electric cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, washing m/c, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, etc. Overhead fan.

Downstairs Shower Room
Walk-in shower, wc and sink.

Indoor washing line, pool equipment, some garden games, spare garden furniture.


Gardens
The garden was designed to create space for play and entertaining. It is paved with Andalucian tiles which are cool in summer. The house is set in the centre of the plot so it is always possible to find a quiet and cool spot in which to sit. There is an outside covered dining area with chairs and table, and from here it is a pleasure to sit and watch the sun go down over the mountains, and see the farmer opposite bringing home his herd of goats.There is a gated wrought iron fence enclosing the pool area. This allows you to easily watch your children in the pool and also to restrict access when desired.

Swimming Pool 
Measuring 5 metres by 3 metres, it is regularly maintained. It is covered during the Winter Months of November to mid April. There is a poolside shower, chairs and loungers.

Cleaning/linen
All bedlinen and towels are provided. Property is cleaned prior to occupancy. Extra cleaning and/or linen could be provided by prior arrangement.
